Winter catered bookings
What’s included for both Classic & Signature Chalets:
- 7 nights’ accommodation
- Half-board catering
- Bed linen and towels for the week
- Daily light housekeeping
- Lift pass pre-booking and delivery
- Dedicated chalet host
- The services of our office and in-resort teams
Our half-board catering comprises:
- Breakfast; 5 days continental breakfast with hot option; 2 days self-service continental
- Daily afternoon tea; including homemade cake or biscuits, fresh baguette and hot drinks
- 3-course evening meal on 6 evenings*
- House wine; bottled red and white wine, during dinner
- Children’s high tea; two courses (if required)

*All catered 7 night holidays will include one full chalet host day off and one additional morning off. Please note any shorter stays (including 3 and 4 night short breaks) will still include a full day off for the chalet host. Self-service continental breakfast and afternoon tea are provided on these days; please note evening meal is not included for the chalet host day off.
Signature chalets
Catered stays in our Signature chalets include the addition of:
- Canapés and aperitif; to start your evening
- A selection of cheeses; to enjoy after dinner
Sole occupancy bookings will also receive a complimentary bottle of port to enjoy alongside the cheeseboard.

Optional extras
Midweek towel change: add a midweek towel change to your booking for €15 per person.
Beer or Premium Wine: You can pre-order cases of various beers or a selection of premium red and white wine, along with rosé, Prosecco and Champagne to enjoy along with the wine provided as part of your holiday. Self-catered bookings
Some of our properties are available to book as accommodation only on a self-catered basis.
Guests will have full access to the chalet kitchen. Cooking equipment and crockery is provided, along with the essentials of oil, salt and pepper. We regret that the kitchens are not equipped with raclette or fondue equipment, however this can usually be hired from local delicatessens.
For self-catered stays, continental breakfast packages and dinner upgrades may be available to purchase as optional extras, subject to availability.
Self-check-in is available for self-catered bookings, after 16:00.

Summer bed & breakfast bookings
During the summer months, Chalet Catherine is available to book by the room, on a bed and breakfast basis.
Larger group bookings across multiple rooms or the whole property are welcome; please enquire.
A continental breakfast is available between 7:30 and 9:30am in the dining room. Please note that the chalet kitchen is not available for guest use.
Check in is from 16:00 to 20:00.
