Resort
La Rosière
La Rosière is a picture-perfect, traditional Savoyard resort which boasts some of the best view in the Alps. We challenge you not to fall head over heels for the stunning vista across the Tarentaise valley; taking in Val d’Isère, Les Arcs and La Plagne.
Where to stay
Our four chalets in La Rosière are part of the attractive Kandahar residence, ideally located in the Eucherts area of the village, and just a short walk to the ski school and lift station.
Our guests love
At 1850m, south-facing La Rosière offers the best of both worlds; high altitude, snow-sure skiing bathed in bright winter sunshine. In particular, our guests love:
- skiing to Italy for lunch 🍕
- varied terrain suitable for all levels of skier
- selfie time at the Fort viewing platform 📸
- watching the Les Arcs piste bashers at night
- relaxing piste-side on deckchairs at the many mountain restaurants 😎
- numerous off-piste and heli-skiing opportunities
In summary…
La Rosière really has got it all. For families and beginners, the resort is well catered for with high quality and easily accessible nursery slopes and beginner’s areas. For adrenaline junkies, La Rosière boasts a freeride zone, a boardercross, some excellent off-piste opportunities and heli-skiing just over the border in La Thuile.
