Ever feel like you go on holiday and spend the whole week queuing? The chairlift, the bar, the bus stop, the toilets, the restaurant. As much as we’d like to, we can’t hold your place in the queue for the bar, but we can hold your place in the queue for the lift pass office.
Pre-book your lift passes before you arrive and we’ll not only collect them from the lift pass office, we’ll deliver them to your chalet.

If you have booked direct with The Alpine Generation, you can request lift passes via your online account. Click here to login to your My Booking area.
If you have booked via a travel agent or third-party, please just drop us an email with the details of your order!

Book a 6 to 8 (consecutive) day Paradiski lift pass and receive a free ½ day pass, valid for the day before the first full day of skiing from 12:30pm!

Free passes are available for under 5’s, and passes are just €10 for age 75+. These can be collected from the lift pass office upon of proof of age.
2026/2027 Opening Dates: The Paradiski area (including Montalbert, Montchavin, Champagny-en-Vanoise and the Vanoise Express over to Les Arcs) is scheduled to be open from 12th December 2026 to 24th April 2027. Season start and end dates may vary slightly as they are dependent on snow conditions. There may be a reduced ski area in operation if snow cover is insufficient.

Passes purchased through The Alpine Generation are not subject to the €1 additional payment for the hands-free card.
Lift Pass Order Conditions:
To use our lift pass delivery service, orders must be placed and paid for a minimum of 4 days prior to your arrival date. Changes and cancellations not permitted within 4 days of arrival. Payment can be made by card (AMEX not accepted) or bank transfer. Orders for passes with a duration shorter than 3 days cannot be accepted.
Family Discount
- The Family Pass is for a minimum of 4 people
- 2 people age 13 to 74 (inclusive) plus a minimum of 2 people age 5 – 17 (inclusive).
- An additional discount of €25 per person can be taken off the above prices for those who qualify (applicable only for passes of 6 days or longer)
- To be eligible, all family members must be staying in the same accommodation.
Tribu Discount
Purchasing a minimum of 3 passes in the same transaction?
- Tribu Discount (3+ Passes): €10 discount per pass
Applicable for passes of the same area, type and duration. Valid only on passes 6 and 8 days duration. Offers cannot be combined.
Insurance
Please ensure that you have a suitable insurance policy in place which covers you for any skiing and snow sports activities you may wish to partake in.
Following a change introduced by the lift operator for Winter 26-27 onwards, Carré Neige insurance cannot be added through us or purchased separately at the lift pass ticket offices for passes booked through any third parties.
