How to book your stay
Once you’ve decided on your resort and chalet, and confirmed that your chosen dates are available, we can go ahead and make your booking. Please just give us a call, drop us an email or complete our online contact form!
Deposit and final balance payments
To secure your booking, a deposit of €150 per bed is required with 24 hours of making a provisional booking.
Once we have received your deposit payment, the chalet is reserved for you and we can help you organise the finer details such as airport transfers, lift passes, equipment hire and ski or snowboard lessons.
The balance is due 10 weeks before departure. As your departure date approaches, we will send you a holiday information pack which will provide you with important information about your stay. Please do share this with the other members of your party.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Accepted payment methods are bank transfer, credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard).
What else do you need from us?
It is the party leader’s responsibility to provide us with all the information we need to ensure you have a great holiday with us. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Guest names
- Ages of any children
- Arrival and departure information/times
Essential information required for catered bookings:
- Meal arrangements for children
- Any special dietary requirements*
Once your deposit is paid and your booking is confirmed, you will be able to complete your party information in the ‘My Booking’ area of our website. Please refer to your booking confirmation email for your log in details. If you have booked via a travel agent, please provide this information via email.
We will send you a final confirmation of the details you have provided to us approximately two weeks before departure. Please read this carefully and let us know straight away if there are any changes.

The Alpine Generation is different because we are not a travel agent. All our chalets are operated by our teams in resort, meaning we can advise on the best property for you.
