DEPOSITS & BALANCES
To secure your booking you’ll need to pay a deposit of £125 per person with 24 hours of making a provisional booking, then complete your party information in the 'My Booking' area of our website. If you have booked via a third party ski holiday broker, we will send you a hard copy guest details form to complete.
The balance is due 10 weeks before departure and we will send you a reminder as this date approaches. We will also send you a holiday information pack which will provide you with important information about your holiday. Please do share this with the other members of your party.

Accepted payment methods are bank transfer, credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard). Card payments can be made using the secure online payment portal in the 'My Booking' area of our website.
Is it the party leader's responsibility to provide us with all the information we need to ensure you have a great holiday with us. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Guest Names
- Ages of any children
- Meal arrangements for children
- Arrival and departure information/times
- Any special dietary requirements or requests *
We will send you a final confirmation of the details you have provided to us approximately two weeks before departure. Please read this carefully and let us know straight away if there are any changes.
