How to book your stay
Once you’ve decided on your resort and chalet, and confirmed that your chosen dates are available, we can go ahead and make your booking. To secure the chalet we’ll take a deposit of £125 per person. Once we have received the deposit, the chalet is reserved for you and we can help you organise the finer details such as lift passes, equipment hire and lessons.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Accepted payment methods are bank transfer, credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard). Card payments can be made using the secure online payment portal in the ‘My Booking’ area of our website.
What else do you need from us?
It is the party leader’s responsibility to provide us with all the information we need to ensure you have a great holiday with us. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Guest Names
- Ages of any children
- Meal arrangements for children
- Arrival and departure information/times
- Any special dietary requirements or requests *
We will send you a final confirmation of the details you have provided to us approximately two weeks before departure. Please read this carefully and let us know straight away if there are any changes.
* Late notification of requirements will be subject to an in-resort surcharge, for more information see our Food & Drink page.
Deposits & Balances
To secure your booking you’ll need to pay a deposit of £125 per person with 24 hours of making a provisional booking, then complete your party information in the ‘My Booking’ area of our website. If you have booked via a travel agent, please provide this information via email.
The balance is due 10 weeks before departure and we will send you a reminder as this date approaches. We will also send you a holiday information pack which will provide you with important information about your holiday. Please do share this with the other members of your party.

The Alpine Generation is different because we are not a travel agent. All our chalets are operated by our teams in resort, meaning we can advise on the best property for you.
