Both Izzy and Josie were fantastic and incredibly attentive. Dinner was always incredibly tasty, on time and to each of our liking with our dietary requirements taken into account. Each bedroom was tended to every morning and made for a comfortable and easy going experience. The chalet was always incredibly clean and felt as though there was nothing we ever had to do ourselves to maintain the upkeep of the chalet.
The biggest standout [of Chalet Ardoisiers] was the ease of accessibility for both Morzine and Avoriaz. Weather permitting, we were always able to get to the desired slopes in 15 minutes.

Chalet girls were lovely, no ask was too big and they were extremely polite and friendly. The food was fantastic, the accommodation was perfect, super convenient and very clean. We had a wonderful chalet experience. The chalet host (Pete) was friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Chalet was ideal, nicely located near the bus stop, but equally a pleasant walk into the centre of Morzine. Generally well equipped, bedrooms good size and lots of storage

Saskia was brilliant, super friendly and bubbly, nothing was ever too much trouble. Food was always lovely and she was very accommodating cooking for our toddler. She’s a star! Chris made my mum felt very comfortable that her allergies wouldn’t be a problem too.

Our chalet host was Thea. She was lovely, very helpful, and an excellent cook. The food was of an excellent standard. Her cakes are brilliant, especially the lemon drizzle cake. Freddie also stepped in on Thea’s evening off, and was also extremely thorough, polite, and well mannered.

A great place to stay for 2 people on a mountain biking holiday. Breakfast supplied was perfect. Bike storage and available tools / workspace worked well as we flew in and had limited tools. Bedrooms and bathrooms spot on. Games room could use some TLC but this was already a bonus. Sauna very nice. On site staff very friendly and helpful. Other visitors were friendly and also mountain bikers which was good for us. Would visit again, would recommend.

Loved our stay in the chalet, it’s beautiful and loads to see and do in and around Morzine. Great communication before we left the UK (I was a bit nervous bringing our 5 month baby on her first trip). When we arrived at Morzine the town centre was all cordoned off due to an event so we couldn’t get our Sat Nav to get us to the chalet. We contacted the hosts and Pete responded straight away, quickly cycled down to the spot where we’d stopped in town and showed us an alternative route to the chalet. Pete and Melissa were fab hosts, always at the end of a message for advice , didn’t mind me having some breakfast late as i was doing the night feeds with the baby and didn’t rush our check out so we could manage easier with baby. Really can’t fault anything about our stay here. Would be amazing in the winter too.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 7-bedroom chalet in Morzine! The space was perfect for our family — spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Each room was well equipped, and the common areas (especially the living room and kitchen) made it easy for all of us to relax and enjoy time together. The location was fantastic — right in town, which made it easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and all the local attractions. There were plenty of activities nearby for all ages, including hiking, biking, and more. We really enjoyed having everything within reach. Our host was responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the clear communication. Thank you for a great stay — we would definitely come back!

The whole thing was incredible. We arrived with the snow and the whole resort was available to ski. The free buses between resorts are welcoming to tired skiers. The accommodation was spacious with en-suite bathrooms. Clean and well maintained. The large boot room and ski cave was a welcome bonus.

Giles was a fantastic host, we were so impressed with his organisation and timings, his meals were all delicious and great portion sizes. The cakes were a lovely addition to the afternoon.
The chalet was always clean and tidy, always plenty of clean glasses and cups for us.
Giles was always a wealth of knowledge on ski routes and ideas for the kids.
Sophie and Bruce were also fantastic of Giles day off and Bruce helped get the broken curtains fixed asap, always on hand for questions.

Sophie was amazing for our entire stay, she went above and beyond to make our experience comfortable and enjoyable, on the days she was off, Jack filled in and was just as outstanding. The chalet was well equipped and the food was amazing. A three course meal every evening and a lovely breakfast to meet us in the mornings. Gary met us on our arrival and told us everything we needed to know. There was a heated boot rack and individual sheds for our ski gear. The chalet was right next to the ski hire and a short walk from the slopes. The resort itself was amazing, with great and vast restaurant choices. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Friendly and responsive hosts. The room is wonderful, clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. Carrefour is 2 min waking. If you’re coming for Spartan Race you’re probably the closest one to registration and start line. Definitely staying here again.

A short week for the Mont Blanc rally as a participant. Our stay was superbly spent in the heart of Morzine with everything nearby. The smell of the bakery just below in the morning at dawn is a delight. A great welcome from Graham. We’ll be back next year that’s for sure.

I loved our host Tom! We could chat away to him while he prepared the food which was always delicious. The chalet was very cosy and clean. When we arrived quite late on the Sunday evening, Melissa was waiting to welcome us and had all our ski passes ready. Then the day we left, our flight was late in the evening so Tom allowed us to leave our suitcases while we explored Morzine for a few hours before our taxi arrived. We really appreciated that.

Great location of the chalet. Alpine Generation were great when booking the holiday sending over itinerary, directions, and Hannah catching up with us before. They were helpful with dietary requirements and sorting lift passes before which was great.
The food and chef Luke were also great, really appreciate all his efforts, especially baking a birthday cake for our friend on the final day which was amazing!
Value for money was good, appreciate this was better value chalet for a group of our size in the area.

The chalet was exceptional with enough room for us all to be able to relax without being in the way of each other. The rooms where very nice and of good size with great en-suite facilities
But what made our holiday so good was our Hosts Matt and Kirsty, from the moment we arrived they where attentive and provided us with everything we required from advice on the best bars and places to eat even though we only needed this a couple of times to how to get to places to ski etc.
The food and the service was top notch along with the endless banter which kept us all in great spirits throughout our holiday.

Jack and Luke, as well as anyone else we came into contact with were fantastic – they were flexible to our needs, allowing us to modify the timings of our meals, and produced excellent, varied food. The wine was generally nice although there were a couple of the bottles that we didn’t like too much – this wasn’t really an issue, we were able to change the bottles we didn’t like. It was very clean, and maintained to a high standard every day.

I thought Charlie and Sophie did a really great job, particularly considering the disrupted start to the season. Pretty impressive to always have dinner ready bang on 1930, and the food was really nice! Particularly liked the beef on the first night, the thai curry, and the tartiflette. Cakes were delicious as well! The chalet was a really nice place to stay – much more spacious than most I’ve stayed at. Great showers, plenty of space to hang your kit. Love the hot tub too!

Where do I start! The holiday surpassed all our expectations? The chalet was beautiful. When we first were greeted by our hosts we knew we had struck gold! Their friendliness, enthusiasm, care was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. Their cooking skills were phenomenal, I have never eaten so well on holiday! The whole experience from being looked after by our hosts to being looked after by the staff at Skiset was second to none. Being so close to the piste was a real treat – the first chalet where we have been so close, and having loads of fresh snow. We had a really great week. The hosts coped really well with it being their first week as chalet hosts, and Christmas week as well. They had a really great service ethos – greeting us in heavy snowfall when we arrived to help us down the steps from the road with our bags, booking us in for our night of eating out, keeping the wine flowing 😉 and getting up to see us off early on departure day. And their cakes were excellent! Pre-arrival communication with head office was really good too and it was good to see Fiona and Morgan swing by too.

I haven’t been on a chalet ski holiday for about 6 years and instantly the chalet was beautiful from the outside and in. For me other than the looks of the chalet the staff are key to a good week and from the off your staff excelled ‘good’ and were consistently excellent. I can honestly say both made me and my partner so welcome and part of your team, that might sound strange but it felt like we had been invited over to stay for a week as long term friends not as complete strangers. I truly believe your hosts are a true asset to your business and couldn’t imagine the memories of our holiday without them from banter at dinner to afternoons skiing/ boarding with them they are fantastic keep up the good work.

Two years running, we’ve enjoyed the welcome and hospitality of the Alpine Generation. The chalet was well positioned for the slopes. Inside it is fairly basic, but perfect for the needs of a group of skiers. The chalet hosts were brilliant this year, couldn’t do enough for us. Lovely people, focused on perfect guest service, impressive in such a young couple in their first season. The personal touch makes the difference, and it was a treat to ski and socialise with them both. We also appreciated Morgan and Fiona coming to visit, and ski with us, as we’d got on very well with them in our previous visit. Thanks all, we’ll be back for sure.
