What is our product?

We operate across a range of resorts, from bustling towns to smaller purpose-built ski resorts, at a variety of altitudes.

We also have a wide range of catered chalets to suit an array of budgets.

Chalet sizes from 6 to 22 guests.

We offer our catered service as standard in all chalets, with optional add-ons to tailor your holiday.  Self-catered options may also be available on request in certain chalets

What makes us different?

We still offer 6 nights catering

Remember the days when chalet hosts just had one day off?  Brexit has changed a lot about the catered chalet industry, and without boring you with all the details, one of the biggest changes is that staff are now employed on French contracts.  With this comes some amazing benefits for chalet hosts, including 2 days off per week.  Many companies have combatted this by reducing their catering offering down to 5 nights, however we took on the challenge of having our teams working on a rota system which enables us to still offer 6 catered dinners per week, whilst still giving our chalet hosts 2 days off per week.

Low deposit

If you book more than 10 weeks in advance, you only pay a low deposit of €125 per person to secure your booking.

We offer something for everyone, and can work to a broad range of budgets

Our Classic chalets offer comfortable and functional accommodation at affordable prices.  For those looking for that something a little bit extra, our higher-end Signature chalets might be more your cup of tea.  These might be ski-in/ski-out, have additional facilities (hot tub, sauna or games room) or simply of a higher specification – a beautiful property with a high quality finish and furnishings.  Our Signature chalets also include a few catering extras, including canapés, aperitif and cheeseboard, with a complimentary bottle of port.

We understand chalet hosts have the power to make or break a holiday.  The personality and interpersonal skills of our chalet hosts is just as important to us as their ability to provide you with a great catering experience!

We don’t include all the add-ons as standard, to give you the option to choose your holiday extras:

• In-chalet upgrades (would you like to pre-order some beers, upgrade your wine, or add a mid-week towel change?)
• Lift pass delivery service
• Discounted ski hire
